We are excited to announce the initial release of our multi-site analytics engine for StickyFish and Fan Club! This first release will allow you to quickly view all users in your databases across one to many sites, and filter by demographics such as age, gender, or geography. You can also change the time period of your report, so you can view trending in a graphical format.

This release includes the following:

User reports: The ability to segment your database by user demographics and sites, and view the data on screen including a trending line graph, a pie graph with age and gender breakdown, and a sortable excel-like data grid.

Saving Reports: The ability to save report filters. This allows you to save, edit, and delete multiple filter settings – giving you quick access to the data you need.

Upcoming future release will include these additional features:

Export to CSV: For users with admin access, you will be able to export your user reports to a downloadable csv file. This will enable you to further segment your database and create contact lists in Tribal Direct 2.0

Geographic Mapping: This will enable you to select zip codes from a map, show you on a map where your users are located in a heat map, and allow you to draw a geographic area and select members from that area.

Export user lists to Tribal Direct 2.0: This feature will allow you, with one click of a button, to export user lists into Tribal Direct 2.0 contact lists. This feature will enable quick email list creation and management.

Participation reports: This feature will enable you to see what your users are doing by module and instance – giving you precise visibility into how your members are interacting with your site.

Check it out now – you can access your reports by going to Reports > User Reports in your admin console.

Every product has ‘super fans’. We often hear them referred to as ‘brand ambassadors”. The key for any product is to figure out who these people are and what weight they carry in helping you grow your brand.

Loyalty databases have always been a central repository of data. What you do with that data is variable,  however keeping it up to date and employing some strong data mining best practices can teach you a lot of things about the past, present and future of your product line.

A recent article in Media Post outlines 5 things you can do to incentive loyal fans to make them become true brand spokespeople. See it here!
