On Sunday, December 26, 2010, between the hours of 2am and 8am Eastern, we will be performing an upgrade to our new data center, which will effectively double the number of our production servers and triple the number of our database servers. We have switched to a more powerful configuration on all servers and are making significant architectural changes to make the system better performing and fail-safe.
During this extended maintenance period, both the consumer sites and the admin interface will be inaccessible. We apologize for this inconvenience, but it is necessary in order for us to perform the upgrades. The admin interface will be accessible until 2am Sunday, December 26. However, no new instances, such as Contests, Surveys and Trivia should be created after midnight, Saturday, December 25. We expect that both the consumer sites and admin sites will be fully operational again by 8am, December 26.

A new version of our software was released on the 10th. This release contains both fixes and enhancements. Here’s what’s been updated in this release…
Enhancement: Contest admin – Added the ability to designate a target (such as open in new page) for hyperlinks in the contest WYSIWYG editor.
Enhancement: Contest admin – Added the ability to do a full text search of the name or contest ID when opening or cloning a contest.
Enhancement: Page load speed – Made several improvements to speed up page load times.
Fixed: Multi-site admin cleanup – Fixed several minor bugs related to the new multi-site administration capabilities.
Fixed: Contest admin – Fixed issue in the content editor where highlighting an image and then moving your mouse over the options panel causes the image to become deselected.
Fixed: Blackjack – Fixed issue where players sometimes received an invalid hand error.
Fixed: Instant win – Fixed issue where the message to non-winners would not display after the prize was awarded.
Fixed: Survey reports – Fixed issue that caused survey results to report zero leads when there were in fact one or more leads.
