We, at Triton Loyalty, appreciate the investment you have made in our services, and recognize that we need to continue to earn your business each and every day. 

With this in mind, we are excited to share some information on the investments we are making on our end.  As a company, we are scaling up in unprecedented fashion, and are making the biggest investment in company history in infrastructure, resources, and personnel.  Much of this investment is focused on accelerating our product development, and we’d like to share some highlights of the enhancements that will be coming in 2011 as a result.  Please take a moment and download our Product Enhancements overview to learn about what’s coming. 

Some of these enhancements have already arrived, as you read about in our multi-site administration post last week.  Specific announcements on the launch of our new email engine, improved analytics, and a Group Buying product will be made soon.  Additional announcements on contest feature upgrades, mobile applications, social media integration, new research capabilities, and more will be made over the course of next year.  

As we state in the document, our goal is to make our products your ‘go to’ tool set for all your audience communication, database, contesting, ecommerce, and research needs…and we are putting our money where our mouth is on this.  Thanks again for your continued support and patronage.
