Release Notes – 6/10/10

A new version of our software was released on the 10th.  This release contains both fixes and enhancements.  Here’s what’s been updated in this release…

Fixed: Auction reporting – A certain scenario was discovered where a member could win an auction but the record would not appear in the fulfillment report.  The cause of this issue was identified and corrected. (more…)

Release Notes – 6/3/10

A new version of our software was released on the 3rd.  This release contains both fixes and enhancements.  Here’s what’s been updated in this release…

Enhancement: File Download Interface – After running a contest or survey that requires members to upload content it is necessary to go into the administrative tool and download the uploaded files.  Once downloaded these files are removed from the server to conserve space and prevent downloading of duplicates.  A warning message has been added to this screen to make sure admin users are aware of how this works before they download the files. Fixed: Survey with image upload – A regression error resulted in a situation where files uploaded in response to a survey question were not accessible.  This issue has been corrected. (more…)

To celebrate the release of Ozzy Osbourne’s new album, we’ve introduced a new campaign featuring Ozzy.  It’s now active on all Rock, Active Rock and Classic Rock  stations  participating in Triton Loyalty Prize Closets

Prize Offered: Win an copy of the his new album Scream.

Members can enter the contest once without points, and are invited to  improve their chances by purchasing more entries with points.  They   are  also presented opportunities to earn points by participating with content via the interactive features in Triton Loyalty.

Elements Used in this Campaign: n

1)  Trivia.  Members can test their knowledge of Ozzy Lyrics.  A video of one of Ozzy Osbourne’s song is played.  When the video pauses, members guess the next line of lyrics in the song for points.

2) Trivia.  Members can play an interactive game of Ozzy CyberScramble, the music oriented game that challenges players to guess the identity of a scrambled song for points.

3)  Surveys.  Members are invited to send their own message to Ozzy.  At conclusion of the promotion, all responses will be submitted to his management team via the record label.
