Release Notes – 5/24/10
A new version of our software was released on the 24th. This release contains both fixes and enhancements. Here’s what’s been updated in this release…
Fixed: Survey with image upload – A regression error resulted in a situation where files uploaded in response to a survey question were not accessible. This issue has been corrected.
Fixed: Blackjack errors – Players sometimes received errors when they got 21 in a hand while playing the blackjack game. A fix has been put in place to eliminate this issue.
Fixed: Blackjack invalid hand state – During certain scenarios while playing the blackjack game players would get an invalid hand state error. The cause of this issue was identified and corrected for the known scenarios.
Fixed: Blackjack insurance option – Intermittently while playing the blackjack game players would be prompted to make an insurance bet before the hand was dealt. A fix has been put in place for this issue.

We are constantly hard at work to provide you with the best software in the industry. Our software releases are divided into two categories – very short small releases that mainly address software fixes but also include small enhancements, and longer bigger releases that include at least one significant upgrade to the platform or new service offering.
