Release Notes – 6/3/10
A new version of our software was released on the 3rd. This release contains both fixes and enhancements. Here’s what’s been updated in this release…
Enhancement: File Download Interface – After running a contest or survey that requires members to upload content it is necessary to go into the administrative tool and download the uploaded files. Once downloaded these files are removed from the server to conserve space and prevent downloading of duplicates. A warning message has been added to this screen to make sure admin users are aware of how this works before they download the files.
Fixed: Music test publish error – A scenario was identified in which a user can effectively create overlapping music test instances by accident without the ability to correct the conflict. The result was that the user would no longer be able to publish a music test without getting an error. A fix was put in place to prevent this scenario from occurring.
Fixed: Member support for foreign language sites – An issue was preventing emails submitted by members via the “contact us” page on foreign language sites from getting to the member support personnel. This issue has been corrected.
Fixed: Background image link in slots – Clicking on the background image in the slots game was not resolving to the correct URL. The cause of this issue was identified and corrected.

Our software releases are divided into two categories – very short small releases that mainly address software fixes but also include small enhancements, and longer bigger releases that include at least one significant upgrade to the platform or new service offering.
