If you missed our prior email announcement, please review this full post.  It contains important information on the availability of your services for this weekend.

As a part of our commitment to delivering a high quality product, we are continuing to make additional investments in the network that delivers your Triton Loyalty services.  This weekend, our systems team will be installing additional database and data warehouse servers to provide even more capacity and redundancy in our overall network.  These upgrades take a significant amount of time, and will require us to extend our regular maintenance windows on the following days:

Friday, February 26th – our normal maintenance window will run from 4am-5am eastern time.  At 5am, your front-end and admin sites will be live, however, some reporting services such as Quickstats, Dashboard Quikdash, Music Testing, and CRS, will be unavailable until at least 8am eastern time.

Saturday, February 27th – our normal maintenance window will be extended to 4am-9am eastern time.  All services will be unavailable during this window of time.  We do anticipate completing Saturday’s work by 9am eastern time, however it is possible that a further extension of the window may be required.

Sunday, February 28th – our normal maintenance window will be extended to 4am-9am eastern time.  All services will be unavailable during this window of time. As with Saturday, we do anticipate completing work by 9am eastern time, however it is possible that a further extension of the window may be required.

We apologize for any disruption this may cause, but these upgrades are very important to maintaining and improving our overall service to you.
