Major Release Notes – 2/10/10
A new version of our software was released on the 10th. This release contains both fixes and major enhancements. Here’s what’s been updated in this release…
Enhancement: Blackjack – StickyFish Members will now be able to play casino style blackjack to earn points. This is another great reason for your audience to spend time on your site and provides some nice sponsorship opportunities. This is currently in beta release. Look out for more announcements coming soon on the full release.
Enhancement: Scratch & Win – The new scratch & win game allows StickyFish members to purchase virtual ‘scratch’ tickets for a chance to win big points. Like the blackjack game this is an addicting way for your audience to spend their time on your site and it can also be sponsored. The game is currently in beta release. Look out for more announcements coming soon on the full release.
Enhancement: Age of membership targeting – A new targeting option has been added to the targeting tab for trivia, surveys, and featured links that allows you to target the content by length of membership. This means you could limit access to a piece of content in one of these modules to only members who have been in your program for more or less than a certain time period (30 days for instance).
Enhancement: Tracking links report – There was a limit on the date range that you could set when viewing tracking link results. This restriction has been removed so that you can now use any date range that you want.
Fixed: Instant Win – Several small issues with the new instant win functionality were addressed.
Fixed: Tracking links in text version of emails – In certain circumstances tracking links were disappearing from the text-only version of emails when making edits to other parts of the email message. This issue has been resolved.
Fixed: Download Spreadsheet – A browser compatibility issue would in some cases prevent admin users from downloading the list of members that completed an instances such as a survey. A new method was put in place for the download process that eliminates this issue.

We are constantly hard at work to provide you with the best software in the industry. Our software releases are divided into two categories – very short small releases that mainly address software fixes but also include small enhancements, and longer bigger releases that include at least one significant upgrade to the platform or new service offering.
