Ok…so not you actually…but one of your members could be when you start using the new StickyFish Instant Win feature in the Audience Appointment (Listen&Win, Read&Win, Watch&Win) or Bonus Code modules.
When you set up a new appointment or code promotion in the StickyFish admin site, you will see an 'Instant Win' tab has been added.

As you know, each member in your database receives a special message from you on their birthday. It's one of those features in your Triton Loyalty program that is easy to set up, and also easy to forget! To use it effectively, set a reminder on your calendar to change the birthday email on the same date each year.You would never send the same birthday card or gift to a friend year after year. Your members are friends. Respect the relationship and remember to update the content in birthday messaging.

There's nothing like starting a week with a great story, and this one comes courtesy of Stickyfish affiliate KFMA-FM/Tucson. In November, the Lotus Communications rock station initiated a focused campaign designed to attract new members and increase activity among current participants. Working closely with Triton Loyalty Audience Engagement Advisor Jeanette Graham, KFMA increased new confirmed members by 503% compared to the two previous months. Activity increased by almost 300%!
