Minor Release Notes – 10/26/09
A new version of our software was released on the 26th. This release contains both fixes and minor enhancements. Here's what's been updated in this release…
Enhancement: Multiple choice trivia – You can now set up trivia questions as single-answer or multiple-choice. For instruction on how to set up a multiple-choice trivia refer to the Stickyfish user guide.
Enhancement: Multiple choice for audience appointments – You can now set up your audience appointments as single-answer or multiple-choice. For instruction on how to set up a multiple-choice appointment refer to the Stickyfish user guide.
Fixed: Registration link on custom contest page – A link to register was no longer appearing as a clickable link on the custom contest page template. This issue was resolved.
Fixed: Forgot password link on custom contest page – The link for retrieving your password was not working properly on the custom contest page template. The link has been corrected.
Fixed: Survey results report error – In some cases trying to download survey results would result in an error writing the Excel file. This was related to compatibility with Office 2003. The issue has now been resolved.
Fixed: Music test timeout error – When trying to view a music test report sometimes there would be a timeout error that would prevent the report from loading. The cause of this was identified and fixed to prevent this error in the future.

We are constantly hard at work to provide you with the best software in the industry. Our software releases are divided into two categories – very short small releases that mainly address software fixes but also include small enhancements, and longer bigger releases that include at least one significant upgrade to the platform or new service offering.
