For all of you Safari lovers, we finished off the last few known issues in our Admin site that prevented full compatibility.  You may have already started using Safari with the Admin site, as all but a few pages were fully compatible a couple weeks ago.  However, if you prefer Safari and have not used it yet with the Admin site, log on and surf away.

If you have any further questions or concerns relating to Safari or Firefox compatibility, drop us an email at success@enticent.com.

We were excited to recently roll out full browser compliance with our StickyFish and Tribal Direct admin sites. As a part of that effort, we upgraded to a full cross-browser compliant HTML email editor.

The good news is you can now use either Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari to admin your sites and edit your emails, and the emails you create will be W3C compliant which will make your emails more accessible to more email clients in a more consistent manner.

Now for the bad news…

As we mentioned in a prior email, your continued success in driving huge web traffic with your StickyFish rewards programs has prompted us to accelerate the network upgrades we had planned for 2009.  We love the fact that our clients are seeing huge increases in web traffic, and we are happy to continue to build out our systems and infrastructure to support even more growth.

Our planned upgrades are quite extensive and represent a massive additional investment in our network and hardware.  In December and January, we will be adding and upgrading web servers, database servers, data storage, load balancers, and web acceleration software to help deliver the pages of your rewards program even faster to all your new and returning users.

Keep up the good work in growing your rewards programs…and we'll keep adding the best-in-class software and systems to support it!

You can now access the StickyFish Admin using the Firefox browser.  We thank you for your patience as we worked through the last few issues we found in completing our admin site's compatibility with Firefox.

For those of you that prefer Safari, we still plan on becoming fully compatible with this browser as well.  Our Firefox work took us 95% of the way there, however we do know of a few remaining issues that we are working on.  We will put up another post as soon as we have everything ready to go for Safari as well.

As always, if you have any questions or issues in using the admin site, drop us a note at success@enticent.com.

The StickyFish survey module has been enhanced with a cool new file upload feature.   This enhancement will allow you to run a survey in your Stickyfish platform that asks members to upload a media file, such as a picture or video, as a response to a survey question.  You will then be able to download these files through an easy-to-use interface in the Stickyfish admin.  Use this new feature to facilitate contests where you would ask members to upload a picture, video, or audio clip to later be judged by you and possibly selected as a winner in a contest.  Or you might just want to create a point-earning opportunity that allows members to share their own media content with the station and then post that content on a page of your website for others to consume.

Log in to your StickyFish Admin and visit the Help section to watch a video on how this new functionality works.
