We have enhanced the Listen/Watch and Win feature in your Stickyfish admin so that’s it is easier than ever to maintain audience appointments. The new enhancement makes it possible for you to check an option that will automatically extend the template for each appointment (referred to as a recurring set in the admin) indefinitely. This means that you will only have to set up an audience appointment once unless you decide to change or remove it. You will still have to enter in the answers of course but you will not have the periodic nuisance of re-creating the template for each appointment. There are two important things to note about this new functionality:
The option to automatically extend a recurring set will only be available for NEW recurring sets created after 9/22/08. This means you may not see the auto-extend option for your existing recurring sets, but you can take advantage of this functionality when you create your next set.
The new functionality only works if the last instance in your recurring set remains part of the recurring set. This means if you edit the last instance in a recurring set as an individual instance (which we refer to as ‘breaking the set’) then the auto-extend functionality will not work. Make sure you always click ‘Edit Recurring Set’ when entering answers for audience appointments to avoid ‘breaking the set’.
