You may have seen a recent press release from Enticent and HipCricket regarding our new integrated mobile marketing and audience loyalty solution. What does this all mean and how can this benefit you?
It’s simple, really. If you are using both StickyFish and HipCricket, you can set up a single point of registration for your loyalty club and your text messaging, and you can reward points for actions completed via text messaging. This is not an exclusive relationship, so if you are using another text messaging vendor, we’d be happy to have a conversation about synchronizing with them as well.
Here are the HipCricket/Enticent integration details:
Registration – when consumers register in your StickyFish program, they can indicate if they want to receive text messages. If they opt-in, the StickyFish platform automatically synchs their registration data with HipCricket and HipCricket will generate a text message to the consumers cell phone to confirm the opt-in. Once they confirm, the user is now in your HipCricket text messaging database!
Audience Appointments – consumers can also text in their ‘Listen&Win’ or ‘Watch&Win’ answers and receive points credit via their mobile phone. To activate this feature, please speak with your Hip Cricket support representative. They will inform you on what needs to be set up in your HC admin interface.
Coming Soon…there will be even more ways to reward points for text campaigns. We are in final testing of additional features that would enable you to rewards points for a variety of additional actions on the HipCricket platform. We will make more announcements on this in the near future.
